Cas de non-remboursement<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Aucun remboursement ne sera accord\u00e9 dans les cas suivants :<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Le service a \u00e9t\u00e9 activ\u00e9 et\/ou utilis\u00e9 (connexion, test, visionnage, t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement, etc.).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Le client dispose d\u2019une mauvaise connexion Internet ou d\u2019un appareil incompatible.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Le client a fourni des informations erron\u00e9es (adresse e-mail, donn\u00e9es de paiement, etc.).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Le client demande un remboursement apr\u00e8s l\u2019expiration de son abonnement.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Des dysfonctionnements temporaires dus \u00e0 des causes ext\u00e9rieures (maintenance, coupure de serveur, changement de flux IPTV).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
