Inleiding<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Het onderhavige <strong>Restitutiebeleid<\/strong> geldt voor alle bestellingen die op de website worden geplaatst <strong><a>www.iptvsmarter-pro.com<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>Door een aankoop te doen, erkent de klant dat hij de onderstaande voorwaarden heeft gelezen, begrepen en aanvaard.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Herroepingsrecht<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Overeenkomstig de Europese richtlijn 2011\/83\/EU betreffende consumentenrechten heeft de klant een <strong>termijn van 14 dagen<\/strong> vanaf de aankoopdatum om zijn herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dit recht <strong>niet van toepassing<\/strong> wanneer de digitale dienst (IPTV-abonnement) al is <strong>geleverd of geactiveerd<\/strong>, dat wil zeggen zodra de identificatiegegevens, links of toegangscodes zijn meegedeeld.<br \/>Bijgevolg, zodra de dienst wordt geactiveerd, <strong>er kan geen terugbetaling plaatsvinden<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Aanvaarde terugbetalingsgevallen<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Een volledige of gedeeltelijke terugbetaling kan worden toegekend in de volgende gevallen:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>De dienst <strong>niet geleverd<\/strong> binnen 48 uur na betaling.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>De verstrekte identificatiegegevens zijn <strong>onjuist of ontoegankelijk<\/strong>, en de technische ondersteuning heeft het probleem niet kunnen oplossen.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Een <strong>factureringsfout<\/strong>, een <strong>dubbele betaling<\/strong> of een <strong>frauduleuze transactie<\/strong> werd vastgesteld.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In deze situaties, <strong>IPTV Smarters Pro<\/strong> verplicht zich tot terugbetaling binnen een termijn van <strong>7 tot 10 werkdagen<\/strong>, afhankelijk van de bij de bestelling gebruikte betaalmethode.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Gevallen waarin geen terugbetaling plaatsvindt<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In de volgende gevallen wordt geen terugbetaling toegekend:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>De dienst is geactiveerd en\/of gebruikt (verbinding, test, bekijken, downloaden, enz.).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>De klant heeft een slechte internetverbinding of een incompatibel apparaat.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>De klant heeft onjuiste informatie verstrekt (e-mailadres, betalingsgegevens, enz.).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>De klant vraagt om terugbetaling na het verstrijken van zijn abonnement.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Tijdelijke storingen door externe oorzaken (onderhoud, serveruitval, wijziging van IPTV-stream).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
