Casos de n\u00e3o reembolso<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>N\u00e3o ser\u00e1 efectuado qualquer reembolso nos seguintes casos<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>O servi\u00e7o foi ativado e\/ou utilizado (liga\u00e7\u00e3o, teste, visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o, descarregamento, etc.).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>O cliente tem uma m\u00e1 liga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Internet ou um dispositivo incompat\u00edvel.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>O cliente forneceu informa\u00e7\u00f5es incorrectas (endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f3nico, dados de pagamento, etc.).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>O cliente solicita um reembolso ap\u00f3s a expira\u00e7\u00e3o da subscri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Avarias tempor\u00e1rias devidas a causas externas (manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, falha do servidor, altera\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo de IPTV).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
